We received a lot of snow on Friday night, and Saturday morning Donna took a few photos. The first picture has our kitty (Toonie) looking up at me asking, "Why so much snow?". Also, Go Cubs! (The Hat).

German Friends Visit: Part One

Hello Everyone,

It has been since late July since I last put a post. In August, Donna and I had some friends from Germany visit us. We had a great time with Ralf, Manuela, and their son Kai. It went by way to fast.

Tonight, I will put in a few photos. More will come in the future.

I will start with our visit to Moose Winooskis in Barrie. Enjoy!!!

War of 1812 Re-enactment Pics: Wasaga

It has been too long since we last did a post. On Saturday, Donna took a couple photos of some military doing drills outside. She had to take a few pictures. Neat!!

Elmvale Maple Syrup Festival!

Hello Everyone,

On Saturday, Donna and I attended the annual Elmvale Maple Syrup Festival. We had a great time, and we bought lots of maple syrup. I tested many of the vendors, and I can attest that the quality was extremely high. I bought Light, Medium, Amber, and Dark syrup.

The weather was great this year, and it brought the crowds out. We waited in line, and had a wonderful pancake and sausage breakfast.
